For example, people do not want to deal with three different lawyers: one based in Spain when buying a property; a second one in Scotland for their wills; and a third one in either country if they want to run a business in Scotland or Spain.

After searching online, I found Ignacio of James and George Collie (being the only firm in Scotland able to provide a service in Spanish Law) who kindly agreed to take on my case. After my initial meeting with Ignacio he agreed to take on my case and kept me continually in the loop, answering all of my questions, reviewing all of my paperwork for negotiating with the authorities in Spain, and advising of latest progress.
